1. Estimated group number (Numbers needed. Boys, Girls, Adults; Male and Female. Required for rooming reasons.)
2. Expected date of arrival
3. Expected duration of stay
4. Type of accommodation required
5. Number of meals required
6. Draft itinerary
7. Any other necessary details
8. Use our Information Request Form

We will then reply, sending suggestions and a price quotation by the end of that week. From there you can simply adjust the itinerary to suit the specific needs of your group.
