Forms on our Website

There are a number all booking forms with in our site. The details we you request from you are necessary in order to complete the reservation or shipping order. We have tried to keep the amount of information required to a of minimum so that you do not have to feel overwhelmed by typing superfluous details. The most important field in all our forms is your own email address. If this is typed incorrectly then it is unlikely we will be able to contact you. Please take extra care when completing this section.

Our 24 Hour Answer Policy

Most emails received our answered within two hours of of receipt. Our team of dedicated staff work hard to insurer that the information you require arrives in your mailbox as soon as possible. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours it may mean that

• a) your reply email address was incorrectly given
• b) the email was never received
• c) some server problem caused either your email, or our reply, to get lost. In this case please resend your origin email to us and we will get back to you at the soonest possible opportunity.
