Tak is a large province in Northern Thailand that borders Myanmar (Burma) and has an offical border crossing point. The town is heavly populated by Burmese workers and their influence is very clear on the style of temples and building. Many tribal communities have made their home in the mountainous areas. Some of the best coffee in Thailand is grown in this province. |
