Explanatory notes about our pricing system & on-line hotel service!

We realise that you don't want to have to wade through dozens of coded, hard to understand travel words and terms. Therefore we have tried to make the pricing and booking system as self explanatory as possible.

Finding the prices and rates and booking

At the top and bottom of every hotel page there is an "> Rates and Booking > link. Simply click on this link and you will be brought straight the latest rates available for the hotel of your choice. From there review the information one click on the price links takes you straight to the booking form. Complete the form and your reservation will be processed, usually within 12 hours. There are also several other conveniently located links on each page where you can click to book.

You will receive an automated email with the details you have submitted.

Hotel pricing

Visitor input informs us that most clients prefer the prices to be quoted in US$. We have obliged. All rates include tax and service charge which amount to 20.7%. If you walked into the hotel after making the booking yourself you would have to pay this on top of your hotel bill. Thaifocus has contracts with these hotels that saves you money!

Prices are per person per room

I.E. Single - one person in a room

Twin - two persons sharing one room each paying an equal share

Triple - three persons sharing one room each paying an equal share.

E.g. Twin room US$18 per person per night for two nights = 18 x 2 persons x 2 nights: total US$72

This method was chosen as it allows each person to calculate how much they pay for each room.

What the pricing table means

1 Name of hotel
2 Date this rate is valid FROM
3 Date this rate is valid UNTIL (expired if date is after today)
4 Type of room (if blank the room will be standard)
5 Single room, rate for one person
6 Twin room, rate per person, for two persons sharing a room
7 Triple room, rate per person, for three persons sharing a room
8 Breakfast. if Incl. means breakfast is included in this rate. If a figure appears E.g. 10. means US$10 for each person, if twin room then US$20 is required for breakfast.
9 Remarks, this column gives details of hi-season or sea-view supplements etc. If blank then there should be no special conditions.
