If you have any problem with the form simply email the following information from the comfort of your own chair.

1. Your Name; i.e. "Robert Jackson"
2. Contact details, email, fax or phone; i.e. "gb@peach.com Fax: 1-808-1231-1108"
3. Select region/city of hotel; i.e. "Chiang Mai"

   try to give two other alternatives in case of overbooking

4. Choose Hotel; i.e. "Royal Princess"
5. Tell us how many are in your party; i.e. "Two adults, 1 child (4 years old)"
6. Choose Room type; i.e. "Twin"
7. Select Room Standard; i.e. "De-luxe"
8. Choose number of rooms; i.e. "One"
9. Check the date you wish to stay in the appropriate price list
   *note that there are different rates according to the season; i.e. ; i.e. "21 July -29 July"

   The first date should the date you arrive at the hotel and the second date should be the date you leave the hotel. In the above case (21-29 July) the stay is 8 nights, you are checking out on the 9th day.

10. Check the meals section to find out if there are any compulsory meals that are required for your chosen hotel. Follow this symbol

    Give arrival flight details and let us know if you require transfers from/to the airport; i.e. "TG 111 at 12:50"
