Regardless of how much you have read about it, how many photo's you have seen or
how you expected it to be; the complex of Angkor will astound you. The
sheer size of the place leaves visitors in awe and the complex designs
illustrate the skills of long gone priest architects. Every spare inch has
been carved with intricate works of art.
We recommend at least two days to see the main sites of which Angkor Wat is only a part.
Different styles built over a period of 300 or more years testify to the
brilliance of this ancient culture.
You don't have to be a serious temple enthusiast to enjoy the wonders of this
incredible and gigantic site. It is a world wonder sure to impress.
Take in a sunset over the famous ruins or wake early to see the first light of
the day sweep over any of the hundreds of ruins that make up Angkor.

The area is safe, Khmer guerillas have left and land mines
have been cleared n the main areas. If traveling to remote,
seldom visited areas consult hotel, driver or guide.
